PRO license users can set up a multiuser access to Keitaro.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Multiuser access is a possibility to create different types of users for their simultaneous work in a tracker. E.g. you buy traffic and can allow the traffic provider to see the statistics so they can see how their source performs. Or if you work in a team, you can set up an access to admin for every team member, and their access will be restricted within the campaigns this exact person work with.<\/p>\n<p>Keitaro allows creating two types of users &#8211; an administrator and a user. The number of created users is unlimited.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Administrator&#8221; (admin)<\/strong>&nbsp;is a user with a full access to a tracker functionality within the license. Only admin can create other admins and users.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;User&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;is a user with a restricted access. Admin can restrict an access to the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the possibility to edit: only read mode or edit mode;<\/li>\n<li>the resources (campaigns, offers, landings, etc.): an access to only chosen or only created by this user ones;<\/li>\n<li>to restrict user&#8217;s access to reports and metrics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Access setup is very flexible.<\/p>\n<p>Now let&#8217;s move to a practical part.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Creating an &#8220;Administrator&#8221;.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In Keitaro&#8217;s admin panel go to &#8220;Maintenance&#8221; &gt; &#8220;Users&#8221; menu:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-584\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.keitaro.io\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2018-12-05_17-55-12.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"2764\" height=\"1346\"><\/p>\n<p>Click &#8220;Create&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Enter login, password and choose a role &#8220;Administrator&#8221;, change the language and time zone if necessary. Later, a created admin can change everything except their login and password themselves. Click &#8220;Create&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-587\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.keitaro.io\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2018-12-05_17-59-21.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1780\" height=\"1002\"><\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s it, we&#8217;ve just created a new administrator with an unlimited access to Keitaro.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Creating a &#8220;User&#8221;.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In Keitaro&#8217;s admin panel go to &#8220;Maintenance&#8221; &gt; &#8220;Users&#8221; menu:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-584\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.keitaro.io\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2018-12-05_17-55-12.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"2764\" height=\"1346\"><\/p>\n<p>Click &#8220;Create&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Enter login, password, choose a &#8220;User&#8221; role, language and time zone.<\/p>\n<p><em>Note, that a user won&#8217;t be able to change their language or timezone preferences later themselves.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Create&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-586\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.keitaro.io\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2018-12-05_17-58-29.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1774\" height=\"1010\"><\/p>\n<p>There are just created users with different roles in our users&#8217; list now:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-588\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.keitaro.io\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2018-12-05_18-01-14.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"2736\" height=\"730\"><\/p>\n<p>The next step is to edit an access. Go to &#8220;Change&#8221; button in an Access column of a chosen user:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-589\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.keitaro.io\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2018-12-05_18-02-10.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"2730\" height=\"888\"><\/p>\n<p>In an opened window, mark the resources you want to allow this user to access. Switch the tabs on the left to edit the access to all resources:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-590\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.keitaro.io\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2018-12-05_18-03-20.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1798\" height=\"1424\"><\/p>\n<p>Click &#8220;Save&#8221; after all the changes are done.<\/p>\n<p>If there is a need to change the access settings, admin can do it anytime.
