The most popular advertising servers examples are DoubleClick for Publishers, OpenX, Atlas Solutions (used by Facebook), AdZerk.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"how-this-can-be-used-in-keitaro\">How this can be used in Keitaro<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users can create banner blocks in a tracker and then launch these blocks on their websites with the code. We will describe how to create a banner block in Keitaro.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"adding-banners-to-keitaro\">Adding banners to Keitaro<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Originally, Keitaro wasn&#8217;t developed as a banner rotator, thus the set up may seem a bit strange. We will add banners as landing pages in Keitaro and banner links will be added as offers.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"creating-a-landing-page\">Creating a landing page<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create a new landing page with an &#8220;Action&#8221; type and select &#8220;Show HTML&#8221;. Insert the banner code to the appeared field. E. g., this is our piece of code:<\/span><\/p>\n<pre class=\"lang:default decode:true \">&lt;a href=\"https:\/\/burgerking.com\" title=\"Burger King Banner\"&gt;&lt;img src=\"https:\/\/cstm.tech\/land\/burgerking-banner.jpg\"&gt;<\/pre>\n<p>Where<\/p>\n<pre class=\"lang:default decode:true \">https:\/\/burgerking.com<\/pre>\n<p>is our link to an offer, and<\/p>\n<pre class=\"lang:default decode:true \">https:\/\/cstm.tech\/land\/burgerking-banner.jpg<\/pre>\n<p>is the path to a banner&#8217;s image.<\/p>\n<p>Change the offer&#8217;s link to {offer} macros. The final banner code will look like:<\/p>\n<pre class=\"lang:default decode:true\">&lt;a href=\"{offer}\" title=\"Burger King Banner\"&gt;&lt;img src=\"https:\/\/cstm.tech\/land\/burgerking-banner.jpg\"&gt;<\/pre>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-528\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.keitaro.io\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/2018-09-26_10-06-49.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1780\" height=\"1416\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Save the changes.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"creating-an-offer\">Creating an offer<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Next, go to &#8220;Offers&#8221; page, create a new offer with offer&#8217;s URL as a target link:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-530\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.keitaro.io\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/2018-09-26_10-10-14.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1786\" height=\"960\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Save the changes.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"creating-a-campaign\">Creating a campaign<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Create a new campaign in Keitaro, add a stream with a &#8220;Landing pages &amp; offers&#8221; scheme, select the landing page and the banner we just created:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-531\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.keitaro.io\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/2018-09-26_10-14-01.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1786\" height=\"1040\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Save the changes to the stream and to the campaign.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"integrating-the-banner-to-a-website-or-to-an-iframe-website\">Integrating the banner to a website, or to an iframe website<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Go to &#8220;Integration&#8221; tab in a campaign&#8217;s settings, select &#8220;Banner block (iframe) as an integration method and copy the code.<\/p>\n<p>This is a ready banner with Keitaro tracking inside. If you use this setup, the target URL will be opened inside the banner itself.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This integration solution can be used for some types of dynamic banners which work only in a frame.<\/p>\n<p>In case you need a real redirect, we will set up another integration.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"banner-with-an-offer-redirect\">Banner with an offer redirect<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Select &#8220;JS Ads&#8221; as an integration\u00a0method, copy the code and insert it to your index file.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-534\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.keitaro.io\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/2018-09-26_10-27-53.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"2780\" height=\"1176\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In this case, the target URL of the offer will be opened in a browser tab.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"banner-split-on-a-website\">Banner split on a website<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you need to test the effectiveness of more than one banner, you can split-test them.
