If you know the click&#8217;s subid you can easily find it in Keitaro Tracker<span style=\"font-size: revert;\"> and the conversion performed with this click.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><b>revenue (payout) <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014<\/span><\/b> conversion payout. The payout can be held or confirmed depending on the conversion status <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014<\/span> lead or sale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>tid <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014<\/span><\/b>&nbsp;transactionid. Using tid allows to change the data of a single conversion many times with the same subid. tid helps to show the conversion status change and manage the revenue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>status<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014<\/span> conversion status. There are 4 statuses in Keitaro Tracker: <em>lead<\/em>, <em>sale<\/em>, <em>rebill<\/em>, and <em>rejected<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2><span id=\"what-data-is-necessary-to-import-the-conversions\"><strong>What Data is Necessary to Import the Conversions?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To import the conversion you need the <strong>subid<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Important! Subid should be known for the tracker and should be in the Keitaro Tracker clicks log.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Revenue<\/strong>&nbsp;is a necessary parameter but can be set with any content.&nbsp;<strong>Tid<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>status<\/strong>&nbsp;are not necessary and are used when we need to change the existing conversions. If you are not importing status the conversion will automatically get sale status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b><i>Important! Tid should always be the same for a single conversion.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><span id=\"can-i-simply-delete-the-conversion-from-stats\"><strong>Can I Simply Delete the Conversion from Stats?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No, you can&#8217;t. The database structure doesn&#8217;t allow deleting conversions. But you can change their status to <em>rejected<\/em> instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><span id=\"how-to-import-conversions\"><strong>How to Import Conversions?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To import conversions we need:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All subids of the clicks which we will add as conversions. You can use either a click log (if we import missing conversions) or an incoming postback log ( if we are going to edit the existing conversions).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to Maintenance <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014<\/span> Import conversions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in the conversion info and click &#8220;Import&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, we have several clicks the last two of which resulted in conversions but Keitaro doesn&#8217;t have these conversions as the postback wasn&#8217;t set up previously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to Click Log and select the necessary subids:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2746\" height=\"1594\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.keitaro.io\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/2019-01-16_16-01-02.png\" alt=\"conversion tracking keitaro\" class=\"wp-image-674\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will take&nbsp;19gfgpfdnrlfo8e560 as a $100 lead on hold and&nbsp;3q05bepdnrke88orpj as a $250 lead on hold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to Maintenance &gt; Import conversions and add necessary info <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014<\/span> <b>subid, revenue, tid, status:<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">19gfgpfdnrlfo8e560,100,,lead<br>3q05bepdnrke88orpj,250,,lead<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1794\" height=\"1134\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.keitaro.io\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/2019-01-16_16-06-12.png\" alt=\"conversion tracking keitaro\" class=\"wp-image-675\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click &#8220;Import&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now go to the Campaign&#8217;s conversion report and check the changes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2728\" height=\"712\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.keitaro.io\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/2019-01-16_16-08-00.png\" alt=\"conversion tracking keitaro\" class=\"wp-image-676\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next step.
