Today, we\u2019ll cover fixing conversion issues from affiliate networks in <a href=\"https:\/\/open.keitaro.io\/?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=Article&amp;utm_campaign=How_to_Fix_It_1&amp;utm_content=link&amp;utm_term=Keitaro\">Keitaro Tracker<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To solve this issue, we need to check several points: the information from the Log of received postbacks in Keitaro Tracker, the scheme of work in the tracker (whether the offers and landers are uploaded to Keitaro Tracker, or whether the offers are added as redirect links), and if the Postback URL from Keitaro is put correctly in your affiliate network account.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"fx-toc fx-toc-id-802\"><h2 class=\"fx-toc-title\">Title<\/h2><ul class='fx-toc-list level-1'>\n\t<li>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.keitaro.io\/en\/how-to-fix-it-1\/#using-an-offer-with-a-redirect-link-in-keitaro-tracker\">Using an Offer with a Redirect Link in Keitaro Tracker\u00a0<\/a>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.keitaro.io\/en\/how-to-fix-it-1\/#using-local-landers-and-offers-conversions-are-sent-with-api\">Using Local Landers and Offers, Conversions Are Sent with API<\/a>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2><span id=\"using-an-offer-with-a-redirect-link-in-keitaro-tracker\"><strong>Using an Offer with a Redirect Link in Keitaro Tracker\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First, go to Maintenance &gt; Logs &gt; Received postback and check the info there.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The most common error is an <\/span><b>Incorrect subid, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">which means you get an empty or incorrect subid value.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/jfHt0ocjbgo0yxDazkEsvg8E2fKBTTViZohixwvZZZjjDlMRshKH0kRapJFZDfbPdw3ket-tQ3twFYkW2VtuvcfmSLiNOAk6Moe-aEXvGXbdqwLcAcnW7p3ZHakWTviOXjq5cZN_\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you see <\/span><b>Incorrect subid, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">check:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. You selected an affiliate network in the offer settings. Open your offer and check the affiliate networks field:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/rqI5J42dDJil7NzcEhONeF53zXcBi8KUEeu-jdDYaEu5TvspORPg_5-Ql4fBGmEUgYPk78UdiVPuWXeAgzDzVTQvmCiRUUVxarGb5nTtRHloCxs24vyyU-9diWHDOFvAB8qDluCm\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) if the affiliate network is set make sure you use the correct values and parameters for this network and don\u2019t delete anything from the template.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) in case there\u2019s no affiliate network, go to the Affiliate Networks page in Keitaro, click on the Create button, and select\u00a0 a necessary network from the templates: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/NTr61tghMnhSSE9FgOZag5pPtCVBfW3B5bNFdJjOiTPAN-r_lTvF16_4uJxarVouuMcy64ldUxP1yWSkECmN-0eTvtkTaImkhbPZDmnT_ygis3DfrtJ7YAZyof_WXzwyu_KHAQhr\" \/>2. Check if you added the Postback URL from Keitaro in the postback settings in your affiliate network account. There are different interfaces in different networks, but you need to set up the global postback.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/zFhWBD7A93AkY7QOj6epDVyqXJ8rFOFUh1mcKlHzQIqPy-jUU6zCmJhaXkTRoDQ985vFjxRHMrJw3KU33v7nFTF5YIwmjCVRz4FQROZ2zLsKHmnECTYTPrmYLRpV0anIc2-kbzS-\" \/>3. If you use the affiliate network without the template in Keitaro, make sure the correct parameter (token, macros) is put in Offer Parameters. To check this, ask your affiliate network support which parameter they use for click ID &#8211; it should be the same parameter written in Keitaro<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the <\/span><b>Received Postbacks log in Keitaro Tracker is empty<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, make sure you added the Postback URL from Keitaro Tracker in the postback settings in your affiliate network account.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you <\/span><b>received other values instead of subid<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, e.g. the order number, tid, or something else, check that the subid is taken from the necessary parameter. Ask your affiliate network support which parameter they use to get and save clicks ID, and which parameter they use to send the click\u2019s ID. E.g.:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; there are the following values in Offer Parameters in Keitaro: sub1={subid}, so we send our subid to an affiliate network in sub1.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; that means, in Postback URL from an affiliate network subid should be sent in sub1, e.g.: subid={sub1}.<br \/><i>There can be exclusions from the described above.<br \/><\/i><\/span><br \/>In case you checked all the steps above but couldn\u2019t solve the issue, reach out to our support team, we will be happy to help out.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"using-local-landers-and-offers-conversions-are-sent-with-api\"><strong>Using Local Landers and Offers, Conversions Are Sent with API<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Start with checking Maintenance &#8211; Logs &#8211; Received Postbacks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the <\/span><b>Received Postbacks log in Keitaro is empty<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, make sure you added the Postback URL from Keitaro in postback settings in your affiliate network account.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you receive an <\/span><b>Incorrect subid <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">error,<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">check:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If there\u2019s subid transferring code inside an uploaded lander in an order form input, inside &lt;form&gt;&lt;\/form&gt; tags.<br \/>This is necessary for transferring subid to an affiliate network.
